Concierge to make it more convenient. We travel to you. Passionate about helping others with pelvic floor dysfunctions, proper assessment, treatment and education is our goal so you can return to living life to the fullest.
Our Programs
We offer a wide range of programs for all levels. Whether you have a known pelvic floor dysfunction or want to prevent one, we can tailor a program right for you. As each program will be individualized, we can cater anyone from professional athletes to warrior moms.
What we treat
We treat a variety of pelvic floor diagnosis, including diastasis recti, pubic symphysis dysfunction, fertility support, urinary incontinence, painful sex, tailbone pain, low back pain, core weakness, orthopedic injuries and more. We treat post-surgical cases, as well as preventative measures.

Dr Chisako is a board-certified physical therapist in the state of NJ. She has over 10 years of experience including sports medicine, orthopedics, post-surgery care, pediatrics, geriatric care. She is servicing concierge physical therapy in the Northern NJ area.

Dr Chisako received her B.S. at University of Michigan, then went to University of Texas for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dr Chisako has certifications in Classical Pilates, IASTM, Kinesio Taping, Functional Movement Screen, and is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Certified Exercise Specialist.

Dr Chisako is a former Division 1 tennis athlete from University of Michigan with a stint on the professional tour. Dr Chisako was ranked top 20 in the NCAA in both singles and doubles. As a high end athlete, she understands the hard work it takes to get injuries better and to prevent injuries from occurring.
